  • Joint injections (shoulder, elbow, knee, SI joint, carpal tunnel, hip bursitis, trigger finger)
    • Shoulder, Knee - $70
    • Carpal Tunnel, Trigger Finger - $60
    • SI Joint, Hip Bursitis - $50
  • Trigger point injections - $40 for 1-2 muscles, $60 for 3 or more or if with dry needling, $20 per site
  • Dry needling for muscle spasms - $50 for every 3 sites
  • Skin excisions (lesions, cysts) – $80-200 depending on size and site
  • Skin Tag Removal – 5 and below $50, 6-10 $100, 11-15 $150, etc
  • Skin cryotherapy (warts, skin pre-cancer) - $40 for every 5 lesions
  • IUD insertion and removal
    • Insertion - $120
    • Removal - $40
  • Nexplanon insertion and removal
    • Insertion - $80
    • Removal - $150
    • Removal with insertion - $200
  • Endometrial Biopsies (for post-menopausal bleeding) - $120
  • Wood’s Lamp eye exam with staining - $50
  • EKG - $50
  • IV hydration - $85
  • Albuterol Nebulizer - $50 for one hour
  • Vitamin B12 injection - $50
  • Migraine cocktail (Toradol + anti-nausea + Benadryl injection) - $80
  • Free procedures: pap smear, well-woman health, urinalysis + culture
